Dr. Regina Huelsenbeck
Dr. Huelsenbeck has a wide range of clinical and research experience with many different types of problems. She specializes in working with individuals who are transitioning through some of life's greatest challenges such as living with a chronic or terminal illness like cancer, or overcoming a debilitating loss, death, or trauma.
  • Dr. Huelsenbeck has 10 years of clinical experience, including: working with children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health centers, trauma recovery work, and psychological research in addictions
  • Masters in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • PhD in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Depth Psychology
  • Author of a chapter on the psychological experience of living through the trauma of cancer, in"Hope Begins in the Dark", by Jamie Reno.
  • Currently co-leading support group for cancer patients and caregivers at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Dr. Huelsenbeck is highly skilled in her work with people experiencing numerous mental health concerns, from depression & anxiety, to trauma & terminal illness. She enjoys working with children, adults, families, and adolescents.
